Tara Luedke-Mora is a Board Certified Family Law Paralegal with more than 30 years of experience assisting attorneys and clients through every stage of the family law process. As one of a select group of paralegals in Texas to earn Board Certification in Family Law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Tara brings extensive knowledge, exceptional organization, and a steadfast commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
Throughout her career, Tara has worked on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody (SAPCR), property division, enforcement actions, modifications, and complex post-judgment proceedings. She is highly skilled in trial preparation, drafting pleadings and discovery, organizing financial documentation, preparing mediation and trial materials, and coordinating all aspects of litigation from case inception through final resolution.
Tara has been an integral member of Vernier & Associates, PLLC for over 15 years, where she works closely with attorneys, clients, financial experts, and court personnel to ensure every case is handled with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail. She is recognized for her responsiveness, sound judgment, and ability to manage demanding caseloads while providing compassionate support to clients during some of life’s most challenging transitions.
In addition to her legal practice, Tara has been actively involved in the family law community throughout Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and Family Law Section and previously served as Secretary and Parliamentarian for the Houston Area Paralegal Association’s Family Law Section. She has also co-authored numerous Continuing Legal Education publications for Advanced Family Law conferences and South Texas College of Law, sharing her knowledge with attorneys and legal professionals across the state.
